Fact - Annual capital growth rates in Brisbane typically hover in the 3-4% range which is confirmed by the Ten Year capital growth rate in Brisbane being 3.7% for houses, 3.4% for units or 3.6% combined. Stable and consistent.

If nothing else, the Brisbane market is one that is less dominated by Fact - Brisbane’s, and that includes us the speculation that exists in here, level of capital growth remains some southern markets. and the one of the most stable and most conversations we are having indicate consistent across the capital cities that for the significant majority, within Australia and has been so since people buy and sell because they 2011. want or need to move.
