Each month a new street will be selected with the report outlining specific sale price information, recent successes and any interesting facts about that particular street. This month its Evelyn Street – well known by locals as it runs East West through the heart of Grange. Evelyn Street comprises a spectrum of homes including sprawling Queenslanders on various block sizes along with smaller lot luxury homes including contemporary new builds like 173 Evelyn Street which I recently sold for $1,275,000.
