with Craig Lea

Welcome to my latest report on Grange Welcome to my Third Quarter property report for Grange. There’s a lot to love about living in the inner north, and your local real estate office, McGrath Wilston, recognise the importance of giving back to this wonderful community. That’s why McGrath Wilston and I will be giving $500 back to a community not for profit organization, like your local sporting club, school, or charity, if you sell your home with me, Craig Lea at McGrath Wilston. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity to support the local community, give me a call today.

What’s happening in our local property market The Brisbane property market on a whole continues on its solid trajectory of median house price growth. There are several reasons why Brisbane has maintained such a stable level of growth for the last decade and given the current sentiment out there with sellers, buyers, banks and politics, it is unlikely that we see a huge swing of change anytime soon. So combine this with continuing economic improvements in Brisbane over the last 12 months, and there is an expectation that our housing market will continue solidly over the next quarter. Closer to home in Grange, our suburb continues with positive median house price growth, where the median house price has increased from $841,500 in January 2017 to $912,500 in June 2017. That equates to a strong 7.7% median price increase over 6 months. That’s ahead of the average median growth for greater Brisbane from June 2016 to June 2017, which is positioned at 3 per cent. If you consider this charming part of North Brisbane, with its great schools, cafÊ lifestyle, beautiful parks, abundant transport options and proximity to the city, it is not difficult to understand why Grange continues to be a high demand suburb. This positive sentiment aside, it is still immensely important to select an agent who can implement a clearly formulated and purposeful strategy to suite your individual circumstances. We would love the opportunity to demonstrate how we will achieve the very best possible outcomes for your property transactions. Give me a call today.

What the 35 Howard Street Vendor said‌

A great proactive approach Very good attention to detail, very happy with communication throughout. Setup of sale was a very proactive approach over and above usual expectations with making it very easy to get styling done and showcasing the cellar. Thanks Craig, look forward to working together again.
