Welcome to the summer edition of my latest market report for Windsor, Wilston, Kedron and Grange residential real estate. Looking back at Spring 2016 we can see the wave of positive buyer sentiment and market growth continued. Over the course of 2016 a lot has changed, however Brisbane, particularly our inner north, remains on course to be one of the most stable and consistent marketplaces for residential property Australia-wide. While a number of residential properties on the market increased during Spring when compared with Autumn and Winter, historical levels of residential properties on the market were lower than normal for this time of year. This resulted in increased competition amongst buyers for several properties and subsequent price growth. Much of this unmet demand from buyers continues to impact
our current market. It is our expectation that, despite the usual slow-down for the festivities, we will see a positive shift in both home price growth and the number of transactions. At this time of year, putting your home on the market is just as viable as selling at any other stage of the year and should your circumstance require a move, then don’t hesitate to contact me as we are all here to support your cause with great advise and a strategy that will produce results.

I had very high expectations of Craig and the team at McGrath for the sale of our house.
