What’s happening in our local property market The Brisbane property market on a whole continues on its solid trajectory of median house price growth. There are several reasons why Brisbane has maintained such a stable level of growth for the last decade and given the current sentiment out there with sellers, buyers, banks and politics, it is unlikely that we see a huge swing of change anytime soon. So combine this with continuing economic improvements in Brisbane over the last 12 months, and there is an expectation that our housing market will continue solidly over the next quarter. Demand is still ahead of supply in the suburb of Windsor, and I believe that there is no evidence of this trend abating. Rising buyer demand has delivered strong results for Windsor, with the suburb generating a 10.67 per cent increase in median house price growth for the last 12 months. That’s ahead of the average median growth for greater Brisbane which is positioned at 3 per cent. This positive sentiment aside, it is still immensely important to select an agent who can implement a clearly formulated and purposeful strategy to suite your individual circumstances. We would love the opportunity to demonstrate how we will achieve the very best possible outcome for you. Give me a call today.

My team and I officially sponsored the ‘Windsor State School’ Trivia Night last quarter. With a “Back to the 80’s” theme, it’s was certainly a great night with lots of laughs, some crazy dancing and a real test of all our general knowledge. We all very much enjoyed putting on our 80’s wigs and getting involved with the community in support of what is an amazing school.
