WELCOME to my latest report on PROPERTY for EVERTON HILLS In general the Brisbane property market continues on its steady trajectory of median house price growth. There are several reasons why Brisbane has maintained such a stable level of growth for the last decade and it is unlikely that we will see a huge swing of change anytime soon. So combine this with continuing economic improvements in Brisbane over the last 12 months, and there is an expectation that our housing market will continue solidly over the next quarter.
