Your place in the market. 2016 Q3 Market Report | Denis Najzar
Hello. Welcome to the latest report on Camp Hill, Norman Park, Coorparoo and Greenslopes. This beautiful pocket in Brisbane is a great place to call home. From a range of good schools, local parks and a variety of local amenities, you are provided with the opportunity to have everything at your fingertips. It comes as no surprise, that we are inundated with enquiries from families wanting to buy into the local area. We would like to provide our local community with statistics on how the market has been performing in the past quarter. We hope you take this information into consideration when making your next property transaction, whether it’s your family home or your next investment.
The current market. It’s Spring! Property Is Blooming‌ With less than three months left in 2016, this year presented a strong level of buyer confidence and increased attendance levels at open homes. A recent survey of almost 2,500 Australians illustrated that confidence in the housing market remains high. Sixty-four per cent of the respondents believed that now was a good time to buy, up four per cent compared to this time last year. Forty per cent believe that house prices will rise over the next twelve months with the balance confident that they will remain relatively stable or flat. However, units were not viewed so favourably with sentiment suggesting that the high levels of unit construction underway will continue to impede unit price capital growth for the next few years. Over the last twelve months, units saw negative growth -0.4 per cent capital growth as opposed to a positive 4.9 per cent for houses. If you are in the midst of making a decision and could use some insight to assist your market research, please give me a call anytime.
9 Gristock Street, Coorparoo We recently bought a house where Denis was the selling agent. Denis presented a lovely property both in person and online and generated a lot of interest from potential buyers for his owners. Denis was informative and very helpful when we visited the property. He demonstrated an intimate knowledge of the property as he had a strong relationship with the seller who was also the builder of the property. As we needed to negotiate a price we were very impressed with Denis’ communication skills. Denis facilitated an outcome that all parties were happy with and he did it in a timely manner without any undue stress or frustration. We highly recommend Denis to potential sellers but also to buyers to assure them that the process is being run by a reputable and professional agent who is focused on delivering an outcome agreeable for all parties. Vanessa, Buyer
50 Lloyd Street, Camp Hill This is the second property Denis has sold for us and he has yet out done himself yet again. Denis’s knowledge in Realestate is very broad and he uses this to achieve not only happy sellers but confidence in the buyer, knowing they have bought a great property for the right price. The honesty he shows to his clients is unlike any agent I have dealt with. My wife and I would like to thank Denis Najzar and his team for such a stress free process and a great result. Steve & Andrea, Seller
78 Bovelles Street, Camp Hill Denis was very professional throughout the whole sale process. He kept us informed through all stages. We would highly recommend using Denis for the sale of your house. Scott & Karen, Sellers
