The Current Market Recent results and research continues to highlight that properties located close the centre of Brisbane, especially those in the mid-to-top end price range, remain in demand and are consistently recording positive sale price growth and strong volumes of transactions. Brisbane, and particularly the inner-east, has been one of the most stable and consistent property markets during the past five years. This consistency has proven to be a significant deciding factor for many buyers and sellers as the majority of market

participants continue to trade in and out of homes as a principal place of residency. With Christmas fast approaching and 2017 just around the corner, there remains a level of buoyancy in buyer confidence and a willingness to buy that is not being matched by the supply of property coming to market. With fewer properties on the market, now is a great time to take advantage of low competition should you be thinking about selling.
