Hello and welcome To my latest Market Update. Interest in the million-dollar-plus market is humming along. We’re seeing two different buyers in that market – families with children, predominantly, and empty nesters moving from the inner city. Empty Nesters are starting to realise Wynnum Manly offers a sea change close to the CBD without having to relocate up or down the M1 away from their family. The middle market – $600,000–$800,000 – has softened with lower stock levels and enquiries. There is still solid interest in the lower end of the market.
