Being there. I was recently fortunate enough to travel to Greece with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. Having my family there was lovely, but having some of my closest friends there gave the trip of a lifetime an upgrade. For me, them being in Kapsali, Kythera (my Father’s birthplace) was the icing on the proverbial cake. Being there, whether it is being physically present at a friend’s birthday or being on site to deal with a client’s issue seems to be a long forgotten pastime of late. Yes, with smart phones and various apps we are more contactable than before but that doesn’t mean a quick text or call has the same impact as actually being present. Nor does it constitute giving good customer service. For me, offering a level of service that goes beyond the perks of modern technology is what a great customer service experience is about. Many of my clients have remarked that it is this depth of caring, this genuine demonstration that I want them to be better off that sets me apart.
I am proud of my service standards and have always believed in strong customer service, attention to detail and great communication.
