From the small details, like a new bedspread in the guest bedroom or flowers and a table runner on the dining table, right through to bigger items like new carpet or replacing the front fence. We all want our homes to look perfect. We want them to scream ‘comfort’ and ‘live-ability’ to Mr and Mrs Right-Buyer. We tidy-up the garden, we clean and we clean some more, all the while hoping that our efforts get noticed by those buyers and they agree to a great price.
