ENOGGERA PROPERTY
WELCOME to our latest report on PROPERTY for ENOGGERA With the second quarter a wrap, Brisbane has again continued along its path of being Australia’s most consistent and stable market for growth. The Brisbane market, especially when compared to the Sydney and Melbourne markets, offers so much more affordability. This is intensifying demand, particularly from investors and as the PIPA (Property Investment Professionals of Australia) Chairman said, “I think on the whole it’s going to be an affordability story, there’s an almost seventy per cent difference in median value and only a seventeen per cent income difference between Brisbane and Sydney.” So combine this with continuing greater economic improvements across Brisbane during the last twelve months and there is an
expectation that our housing market will continue solidly from now through to the end of 2018. Given the state of change, navigating to a successful move means having a clearly formulated plan and an agent who appreciates and truly understands your market. Give us a call and we will show you how we can achieve the best possible results for you.
