The home loan market is always changing and at the moment due to record low interest rates there are some amazing options and rates available. A number of lenders are covering the moving costs too. So re-financing can in fact save you a lot of money. Is it all about finding the best interest rate? Not always. There is a difference between the lowest interest rate and saving on the interest on your loan. It is all about finding the right loan product for the client. opportunity to meet with the client face to face or over the phone at a time that suits. What are the benefits of dealing with a broker rather than directly with a bank? Interestingly enough more people go through a broker for their finance rather than going direct to the bank. This is because they realise there are some distinct benefits. First of all there is more choice, as a broker works with a range of different lenders to find the best loan. Further to that, the level of personalized service with a broker is superior than when dealing with different people at a bank. The turnaround times in terms of knowing if you can get your preferred loan are also a lot quicker. We do our best to add as much value for the client as possible, whereas with banks there is a chance you may just be treated like another number. Plus, some banks don’t actually guarantee your money and we know which ones do.
