Placeman in Corinda

Placeman, our very own Super Human Auctioneer, has been spotted out and about in Corinda in recent times. He was seen at both the St Josephs Primary School Corinda Fete, and Festival of Nations at Corinda State School. Each event enjoyed perfect weather, huge turnouts, and was brilliantly well organized. Congratulations to the lucky winners in our Free Raffles, as well as in the ‘guess the number of balloons in the mini’ competition. We are already primed for even bigger events next year, and be sure to keep an eye out for our Place Graceville stall at local events. You too could meet Placeman, and be a lucky winner in one of our free competitions.

An influx of buyers in spring 2003, 2007 and 2010 were ‘boom’ years across the Brisbane property market. During these years, the spring selling season in particular proved to be very strong in terms of settled sales. Will this spring prove to be a bumper season as well? In the past few years we have experienced a boost in both buyer

enquiry numbers and inspection levels when spring has sprung, therefore suggesting it is a great time to launch your property to the market. Plus properties naturally present beautifully during this time, with gardens in full bloom.

Meet Corinda Barber Sam

The Corinda Barber was first established in 2004, and is now proudly owned and operated by local lad Sam Jones. Sam prides himself on his specialist haircutting abilities and offering a personalized service. As a result, he certainly delivers one of the best male haircuts in town! Be sure to visit him today down the Arcade at 619 Oxley Rd, Corinda (next to the Newsagent).
