The current market. As winter draws to a close and spring is almost upon us, it is once again time to stroll out into the sunshine and enjoy the amazing outdoors available to us in the inner north-eastern suburbs of Brisbane. With its combination of village charm and contemporary elegance, who would not want to live in this beautiful part of Brisbane. Not only do these suburbs provide a sprawling pocket of paradise, but the inner north-eastern section of Brisbane is continuing on its trajectory of consistent annual median house price growth. Camp Hill is doing extraordinarily well with the median house price growth for the last 5 years positioned at 46.1 percent. Not far behind is Norman Park at 43.3 percent, Cannon Hill at 40.8 percent, Morningside at 40.1 percent and Seven Hills at 39.8 percent. Very decent growth indeed, that is certainly comforting for homeowners and investors alike. From the blissful parks and green spaces, to the trendy local cafĂŠ and dining scene. I love nothing more than to assist the wonderful people of Morningside, Cannon Hill, Camp Hill, Norman Park, Seven Hills and surrounding suburbs to purchase their prize home, or realise their investment dreams.
