Hello.

“Ted how is the market?” That is a question I am asked on a daily basis. My answer? “Great!.” I have put together the following suburb market report to give you an insider’s view on just how great it is. In the 16/17 financial year I met 1,872 buyers at my open homes, performed 208 private inspections, presented 186 offers to my sellers and sold 52 properties - mostly inside the 4075 postcode. I can tell you first hand there are a lot of people that would love to call this corner of the world home! The homes I sold ranged in price from around $500,000 through to over $2,000,000, and on average took 19 days to go under contract from launch date. It is my opinion that conditions for selling are ideal right now. There is not much stock available, interest rates are the lowest they have been in a very long time, and people are shifting from all over Australia to Brisbane to buy in what they deem is an affordable market.
