Issue #7: The farm’s great, but what about the family?
the Darling Downs, we’ve got an impressive array of educational facilities. It’s something we’re proud of and for many, it’s a huge drawcard to the area.
So you’ve found a property that ticks all the boxes: Great location, quality soil, excellent water and huge potential for profits. But what about your family – is there huge potential for them, too? Navigating the Work/Life balance means something entirely different when you’re a farmer: after all, it’s hard to separate the two when you literally live at your workplace!

Did you know that in Toowoomba and the Lockyer valley, there are more than 80 different schools that can be accessed by bus? That’s a lot of potential for a lot of kids – and a relief for so many parents!
