A few weeks ago, we celebrated a monumental achievement as we inaugurated our new building, BTSSC II This expansion is a significant milestone for our company, one that will fortify our operations and position us for even greater growth in the fiscal year ahead. The state-of-the-art facility represents our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and providing the best working environment for our employees.

I must take a moment to express my profound gratitude to the entire team for making the inauguration event of BTSSC II a resounding success. Your dedication and hard work were on full display, and it filled me with immense pride to witness our entire organization come together to mark this important chapter in our journey.

As a milestone, on August 16th, AutoZone BTSSC II inaugurated its second building, creating a new chapter in our company's growth, with the aim of strengthening AutoZone's global operations.

Representatives from the local governement , community stakeholders, including Index and the Tecnológico de Monterrey, joined our leadership team: Bill Rhodes, Rick Smith, Phil Daniele, and David Correa, in this important event, sharing insights about the company's growth and AutoZone's trust in Chihuahua's team.

Local media and special guests had the opportunity to visit the building main areas and greet our team.

The opening of this second building represents the company's commitment to always Put Customers First and Provide A Wow Customer Service!

AUGUST OPEN FORUM

As part of the inauguration of AutoZone BTTSSC II, an special Open Forum was held on August 16th. This OF was particularly relevant as it marked Bill Rhodes' last visit as the CEO of the company.

In addition to sharing anecdotes and the company's vision for the coming years, as well as the transition to Phil Daniele as the new CEO of AutoZone starting in 2024, AutoZoners had the opportunity to engage in a dialogue with Bill on important topics. They also took this chance to present him with a personalized gift, highlighting the milestones achievements during Bill Rhodes' years.

Undoubtedly, it was a very special Open Forum that will be cherished as one of the BTSSC’s fondest memories.

In September 9, the second edition of the 'Running the Extra Mile', will take place at “El Rejon” metropolitan park. Once again, AutoZoners will share the track for a common cause: supporting the charitable trust “Hope for Autism”. More than 350 runners will gather at this event to share with their families and compete for the best time.

STORY TELLING SEMINAR

Business Architecture

On Thursday, July 7th, the storytelling seminar began, targeting a group of leaders (directors and some managers). The goal was to develop storytelling techniques and effective presentations to articulate their ideas and engage their audiences.

Over the course of 40 hours and 8 training sessions, our leaders honed their storytelling skills and crafted impactful presentations.

AUTISM CONFERENCE

Service Delivery

As part of the activities within the second edition of the 'Running the Extra Mile' run, a conference titled 'Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder' was conducted by the civil organization Espau (Hope for Autism). The aim was to inform and raise awareness about various aspects of this condition affecting both children and adults. The goal was to enable a more accurate diagnosis and provide appropriate treatment, allowing patients to lead a normal life while adapting to the everyday challenges .

On August 17th, the winners of the “Challenge 23” were honored. This challenge began in February with the goal of promoting healthy habits to lose weight, through nutritional tips, physical activity, and sharing motivation with all participants.

During the award ceremony, participants shared anecdotes about their experiences during the challenge and committed to continuing their good habits.
