As we wrap up the third quarter of the year, it’s a fitting time to reflect on the significant strides we’ve made together at BTSSC. Our journey has been filled with challenges, yet our collective dedication and teamwork have yielded impressive results. It’s amazing how quickly these past months have flown by, and now we are gearing up to tackle the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
It is essential that we maintain our focus and commitment to excellence in our roles. The upcoming months are crucial for us to not only meet but exceed our targets. Each of us plays a vital role in supporting our colleagues in the field, ensuring we continue to deliver the exceptional customer service that sets us apart from our competitors. Google Looker training
On February 27, the 66 Degrees team conducted training for the AutoZone BI team on the use of Google Looker. The intention is for our developers to know how it works to be able to make reports at the US, MX and BR level. An initiative to have cloud reporting options as part of AutoZone's modernization.

BTSSC Townhall Q2 FY24
On March 11, the BTSSC Townhall for the Q2 FY24 took place in both of our buildings. The BTSSC directive team shared relevant information about the company results and strategies during the second quarter of the fiscal year 24.

International Women's Day
March 8 commemorates the struggle of women for their participation, on an equal footing with men, in society and in their integral development as a person. At BTSSC we commemorate this day with activities for all AutoZoners, these activities were carried out by Lic. Priscila Sanchez on behalf of the PAE (Employee Support Program).

Extraordinary Women recognition: Brenda Garcia and Laura Luevano
We are proud to share that Brenda Garcia and Laura Luevano, who are part of our team, were awarded as Extraordinary Women by the Coordinating Council of Business Women, in coordination with INDEX Chihuahua.
In this edition, recognitions were given to Extraordinary Women with more than a decade of experience and are closely linked to the Chihuahua industry. This award not only celebrates individual achievements, but also highlights the important role that women play in the industrial sector.

Second Leadership Seminar graduation
On March 20, AutoZoners leaders from different departments graduated from the Leadership Seminar, in its second edition.
18 sessions and more than 60 hours of preparation that began in November 2023 were what this group of leaders, as well as BTSSC, invested in an intensive development program that will allow them to be better prepared to take advantage of the professional opportunities and challenges in their careers, inside and outside the company.
At the graduation ceremony, directors and leaders who participated in the seminar exchanged impressions about the benefit of this type of training, highlighting that they are invaluable opportunities for personal and professional development.

During the week of April 8, the General Services managers team participated in a workshop called “Finance for non-financers”, which is integrated into the grid of their training as BTSSC leaders.

Management Skills Seminar
On April 10, another edition of the Management Skills Seminar began, taught by instructor Erika Rubio on behalf of Con-Talento, where more than 20 AutoZoners from different areas will be participating.
This Seminar aims to acquire knowledge and develop both skills and behaviors that allow the personal performance of leaders to improve, while enhancing the human capital in their charge, impacting the generation of value in the results of AutoZone BTSSC

2024 Finance Team Building
28 AutoZoners from the finance department participated on April 25 and 26 in the team building called "The Samurai Game - Conscious Leadership", a program to develop conscious leadership that takes you to live an intense, challenging and powerful experience to train leaders. with human sense. Based on the ancient philosophy of the Samurai, this methodology has two great pillars: Honorability and Service, which become the bases of this experience where each participant builds victory over himself by facing each challenge with respect and dignity.

Human Resources TownHall
On April 18, our VP, David Correa lead the Human Resources Town Hall. The different areas of HR were integrated, recalling AutoZone BTSSC's strategy and objectives for FY24.
AutoZoners from each department in the area shared data about their work and progress of the projects they are working on. The focus and conclusion of the meeting was to highlight the importance of continuing to provide support and service to all areas of BTSSC, with the aim of achieving the business objectives and development of both BTSSC and the AutoZoners who are a fundamental part of the company.

BTSSC External branding campaign
For the first time, BTSSC has implemented an external marketing campaign, with the aim of positioning ourselves in the city of Chihuahua as a great place to work. Thus attracting the best professional talent to join our team and continue consolidating our growth.
The main channels where this campaign is being developed are social networks, presence in universities and business clusters and also through visuals in our facilities.

BTSSC Bowling tournament
The BTSSC Bowling Tournament was part of the work plan of the Sports Committee. This initiative was very well received by the AutoZoners who joined the tournament.
We especially thank Candy Esparza for the logistics of the competition, which by the way was very fun to watch and feel the competition between teams.
It is important to BTSSC to develop these spaces for coexistence and healthy competition, which allow us to meet colleagues from other areas and strengthen ties between work teams.
