Le novità proposte da B&R vanno ad arricchire i sistemi meccatronici

ACOPOStrak, SuperTrak e ACOPOS 6D, aggiungendo al portafoglio aree di applicazione focalizzate su mercati che spaziano dall’alimentare al medicale, fino al farmaceutico.

ACOPOStrak con i nuovi shuttle. Le navette sono ottimizzate per un funzionamento fluido, a bassa usura e possono essere utilizzate insieme alle unità di trasporto esistenti, offrendo maggiore precisione e aprendo ad applicazioni in settori quali l’assemblaggio di batterie per veicoli elettrici e dispositivi medici dove la precisione, specialmente su componenti leggeri come cateteri e pompe da insulina è essenziale. ACOPOStrak è inoltre disponibile con grado di protezione IP69K e in versione washdown, dove il binario può essere pulito con alta pressione e temperature fino a 80 °C, offrendo la totale protezione dalla polvere per rispondere ai più stretti requisiti e standard igienici.

B&R’s innovative transport system applications are generating interesting growth opportunities for machine manufacturers.

The new developments proposed by B&R enrich the ACOPOStrak, SuperTrak and ACOPOS 6D mechatronic systems, adding to the portfolio application areas focused on markets ranging from food to medical, to pharmaceutical.

ACOPOS 6D: shuttle asettici e igienici. La variante asettica e igienica di ACOPOS 6D arriva con la nuova generazione di shuttle pensata per produrre in modo economico piccoli lotti nei più diversi settori. Le nuove navette a levitazione magnetica soddisfano anche i vehicles and medical devices in which precision, especially on light components such as catheters and insulin pumps, is essential.

A more aesthetic and hygienic version of ACOPOS 6D arrives with a new generation of shuttles conceived to produce small lots in the most diverse sectors in a cost-effective manner. The new magnetic levitation shuttles also meet the highest standards in terms of hygiene and cleanliness for the operator. From food&beverage, to cosmetics, to pharmaceutical products, the rigid hygiene regulations make every square metre of production space precious, especially in contexts such as clean-rooms where the planar product transport system simplifies the setup of processing stations and allows for higher output in a smaller space.

Benedetta Torres, B&R marketing and communication manager –interviewed at the recent edition of SPS Italiacomments on this particular application: «B&R’s response to the growing demand for filling solutions in a pharmaceutical context stands out among the numerous applications that we have chosen to exhibit in the trade fair, and which will soon be displayed in the new Orange Lab showroom. The planar features of the ACOPOS 6D benefit solutions such as liquid bottle handling systems, generally carried out in clean-rooms, where a reduction of space is a must. The shuttles are supplied in stainless steel with totally washable surfaces. The liquid application, moreover, demonstrates the effectiveness of a solution such as ACOPOS 6D, which not only moves and weighs, but is also equipped with an anti-lapping system that makes it possible to limit dispersion of the product. It is worth mentioning, finally, that the flexibility of movement intrinsic to the shuttles reduces the need to use mandrels and tools for closing the containers, which is performed by the shuttle itself with a rotation action that essentially changes the paradigm of the filling line». più elevati requisiti in termini di igiene e capacità di pulizia da parte dell’operatore.

Dal food&beverage, ai cosmetici, ai prodotti farmaceutici, le rigide norme igieniche rendono prezioso ogni metro quadrato di spazio produttivo, specialmente in ambienti come le camere bianche dove il sistema di trasporto planare dei prodotti semplifica l’impostazione delle stazioni di lavorazione e consente una maggiore produzione con un ingombro ridotto.

Su questa particolare applicazione, l’ingegner Benedetta Torres, marketing e communication manager di B&R - incontrata alla recente edizione di SPS Italia - racconta: «Tra le numerose applicazioni che abbiamo scelto di esporre in fiera e che saranno presto visibili nello show room del nuovo Orange Lab, spicca la risposta di B&R alla crescente richiesta di soluzioni di riempimento in am - bito farmaceutico.

Ecco che le caratteristiche planari di ACOPOS 6D vengono in aiuto di soluzioni come i sistemi di movimentazione di boccette di liquido, svolte in genere in camera bianca, dove la riduzione degli spazi è un must.

Gli shuttle vengono forniti anche in versione inox con superfici totalmente lavabili.

L’applicazione liquida, inoltre, dimostra l’efficacia di una soluzione come ACOPOS 6D, che non solo movimenta e pesa, ma è anche dotato di un sistema anti-sciabordio che permette di contenere la dispersione di prodotto.

Da non dimenticare, infine, che la flessibilità di movimento permessa dagli shuttle riduce la necessità di usare mandrini e utensili per la chiusura dei contenitori, che viene effettuata dallo shuttle stesso con una rotazione che cambia, in sostanza il paradigma della linea di filling».
