WE CAN HELP! Whether you give them as gifts, or use them to buy gifts, gift cards are available in the school office. Businesses sell them to the school at a reduced cost, we sell them at face value, and we keep the difference as a fundraiser. Stop by or call the office to see what we have in stock. BASKETBALL HOME GAME SEASON PASSES for Varsity and JV games are for sale in the office. They are $20 for adults, $15 for Senior Citizens/Church Members, and $10 for Students. “I have so much to do that I shall spend the first three hours in prayer.” - Martin Luther PRINCIPAL – Mr. Birnbaum: Is your life busy at this time of year? I love Luther's quote and I think it may be my favorite. I am trying to do more praying and letting go knowing that God will handle it. I pray that you have a Merry CHRISTmas and blessed New Year. LIBRARY – Mrs. Ware: Thank you to all the parents and grandparents that came to see us at the Scholastic Book Fair this year! Thank you as well to Holly Blackstar, Kristen Zimmerman, Jennifer Johnson, and Tonya Johnson! Book Fair depends greatly on the help of volunteers, so I greatly appreciate the help that these ladies offered. I'd like to congratulate all of our poster and essay winners as well. The winner of Book Bingo was Mrs. Harbeson's 6th grade class. COLLECTING PONCA CITY SANTA BUCKS: First Lutheran is collecting the Santa Shops Ponca 1st tickets that are given out at participating local businesses each time you make a purchase during the Christmas season. We have over 800 tickets! If you are willing to donate yours to the school, please drop them by the school or leave them in the black mailbox in front of the administration building on or before Dec. 19. The earlier the better so that we can get them organized for the big night.
