Main Project
For the last 3 years I was part of the core team, analyzing user data, defining new concepts, facilitating workshops, conducting user testings, sketching wireframes, designing and pair programming the final solutions.

The goal of the project was to reimagine completely the client online store in order to improve its CR. Small and Fast
A small team identified the key features for a MVP and we went life in just a few months.

Mobile First
As the great majority of the user were mobile, we started with only a single breakpoint for the design. As it was successful the project expanded with its desktop version. Personalisation
The completely different approach to seals based on personalisation was converting the users better than the previus one based on comparison.

Website mapping
As the project grew in features and in number of people working on it, the website map grew in complexity. Complications
As “personalisation” is at the core of the concept, every time a new feature had to be introduced, a big part of the user journey had to be changed.

After working within a small team on all the pages of the website for 1 year, I focused on the the Basket and the Checkout pages. Iterations
We worked in a fast pace of iterations, implementing small changes and analyzing the results. Stakeholders Mediation
I learnt the basket is a very demanded page for many stakeholders and part of my job was mediating all the requests of new features and changes.
