SYMBOLIC MARRIAGE CEREMONY
Prior to the wedding, the couple will meet with their chosen celebrant, in a casual way, for the celebrant to get a feel for the couple and ask some questions about them in order to be able to write the ceremony. The celebrant will ask the couple questions about what they would like included in the ceremony for the ceremony itself to be tailored to them. Once the ceremony is written, the couple will then have the option to edit as many times as they see fit until the ceremony is perfectly written to their liking. Once confirmed, the celebrant will deliver the ceremony.

NON-Residents Day Pass
The day pass is offered for all guests who are ‘ NOT ’ staying at one of our hotels. Such pass, which is a wrist band to be worn on entrance at the hotel entitles guests for:
• Entry of the Hotel from 10.00 am onwards
• Use of all Facilities, including Gym, Outdoor Pool & Spa Facilities
• All-inclusive Lunch and Drinks throughout the day
• Access to the Wedding Ceremony & glass of Sparkling Wine

Offer
What we usually offer is that if besides the bride & groom there will be 20 full paying guests who stay for a minimum 5 nights, the bride and groom will be entitled to a 5% discount on the total value of the rooms booked by the wedding party.
This amount will be deducted from the couples room bill. For this discount to be applicable bookings must be made via the db Hotels + Resorts website (www.dbhotelsresorts.com), using a Promo Code that the bride & groom can choose.
Bookings via Travel Agents, Tour Operators etc. do not form part of the discount package.
Please note that the 5% discount is calculated on the full net amount of each booking i.e. net of taxes & VAT.
EVENTS Cancellation Policy
As a precaution for the company to safeguard itself from possible losses, from cancellation of events, such as Weddings, Conferences, and Parties, an Events Refund Policy is being set up in line with the Cancellation Terms set in the Agreement entered into between the Company and the Client, or their representative in the form of an Agent.
The Policy:
The payments section set in the Contract states that the Payments of:
• 25% of the estimated amount to be paid as a Confirmation of the booking,
• A further 25% (bringing the total to 50%) should be paid 180 days prior to the event, and,
• The final 50% of the estimated amount to be paid 30 days prior to the event,
• with any outstanding balances following the event, to be paid 30 days following the final invoice, and should the 30 Days lapse, an 8% annual interest rate shall be made payable to the Company.
The cancellation section of the agreement, then states, that the payments set above shall not be refundable if the cancellation is done:
• The First 25% after Booking is Confirmed until 181 days prior of the event,
• 50% non-refundable fee if cancellation is performed between 180 -31 days prior of the event, and,
• 100% non-refundable, if the cancellation is performed before the 30-day mark of the event.
A grace period of 10 days shall be given to all bookings confirmed, from the date of the payment for events held over 181 days in advance, and 3 days for bookings booked 180 days or less in advance. In the case of cancellations of bookings within the Grace period, a EUR 50 Administration Fee shall be deducted, from the refunded amount.
There may be extraordinary events where cancellations are performed due to special circumstances that a full refund is requested. In this case, the event and the circumstances shall be discussed with the Director, and proof may be requested from the Client, for a full refund to be authorised. For example death of a spouse, a death certificate needs to be provided.
