Give us a brief history and overview of your company.
We are an interior design firm that has been in business for 30 years. Our multi-line showroom business began 15 years ago at our location on Dragon Street. We moved to the heart of the Design District on Slocum Street 10 years ago. We carry one-of-a-kind antiques and vintage furnishings, and we represent sought-after furniture lines, boutique fabric lines, and local artists. Root Cellar Designs; Laura Park; Petal Cloud Studio; Madison and Grow; Tie-Up Textiles; and Heather Essian Art, Accessories, and Textiles.
How would you describe the aesthetic of your offerings?
Our showroom is known for its finely curated collection of luxurious furniture and decor, off-thefloor pieces, and some of the most exclusive designer lines.
What product range do you offer, and what would you say you specialize in? What are some of the most sought-after lines you carry?
Aside from antique and vintage furnishings, we also carry Julian Chichester; Niermann Weeks; Scala Luxury; Kathy Slater Design Collection; Nichola Taylorson Fabrics; Megan Adams Fabrics;
What do you feel distinguishes you from your competitors?
Unlike most manufacturer’s showrooms, we sell everything off the floor.
Are you open to the public or to the trade only?
Trade only.
For someone who has never visited your store, what can they expect?
Friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic showroom salespeople; a variety of furniture, accessories, art, rugs, and lighting to choose from; and constant product turnover!
What upcoming trends or products are you especially excited about for 2023?
Antiques are back, and we continue to receive new and unique pieces every day!
What do you wish more people knew about your store or industry?
We are a designer’s best resource!
