pants serve a purpose and dads once again set the standard for what is cool. On Dads’ Weekend, every burger will be cooked and every tee time will be booked. All check-out lines will run at optimum efficiency as an army of tastefully organized fanny packs descends upon us. Dads everywhere will declare that they “have something so funny to show you” and that something will be a YouTube video from 2008 but you will laugh anyway, because it is Dad’s Weekend, and on Dad’s Weekend, dads call the shots.* *They also call dibs on the bathroom after dinner.
