Kiel restaurateurs open new venue

he area’s newest pizzeria plans to make a splash on the Eastern Wisconsin scene this September. Located on Park Avenue in Kiel, the Stone Dagger Pizzeria plans to make a splashy entrance in a location that lies close to the Manitowoc-Calumet County line. The anticipation for the opening of the new pizzeria stems from the announcement of the project by successful Kiel restaurateurs Nate and Dee Dee Paulish, who also run the Fork

and Dagger restaurant on Kiel’s west side. Crews have been busily renovating both the interior and exterior of the location that formerly housed the Eggers Eye Clinic, and the Kiel Vet Clinic years before. The Paulish’s envision that Stone Dagger Pizzeria fit the bill as a neighborhood pizzeria, with an ample outdoor patio to accommodate open air dining and relaxation. “We aim to be your neighborhood
pizzeria and restaurant serving freshly prepared dishes, using quality ingredients,” Nate Paulish said. “Our mission is to give very customer a fantastic dining experience whether they dine in, take out, or have us deliver to their doorstep.” In addition to all those serving options, Stone Dagger Pizzeria will also offer a full-service bar featuring crafted cocktails, craft beers and specialty wines.
