density
density Dedicated to our Industry Founded in 2015 by two “not-publishers“ with a passion for their industry, a long history in publishing and an even deeper experience in printing technologies and processes, Density was born with the desire to give back weight and authority to the magazine Italia Publishers, revolutionizing as much as possible the b2b publishing in our market, training new professionals intended to be the opinion makers and knowledge carriers of tomorrow.
Print media first Faithful to a clear commitment to the printing market, we’ve first arranged to design high-quality printed magazines, capable of being the mirror of valuable contents. What we do revolves around the idea of education, knowledge, in-depth market exploration. Through every single copy we go with our readers on a journey through technology, so they can build their future business more consciously.
Internet and social valued for their potential
company
We see in the web and in social media an opportunity to effectively convey new, not redundant but rather complementary contents: from real-time trade show and events reports to in-depth visits at manufacturing and R&D sites, up to business and technology videos.
Supervision Lorenzo Villa spent his two-decades experience in the graphic arts and publishing markets. After graduating at Milan’s graphic arts school, he started a printing production experience first, followed by book publishing and on-demand digital printing. Lorenzo joined the Italia Publishers team in 1999 as editor, then becoming editor in chief. After few years of abstinence from publishing, since January 2015 he’s embraced the Density project as project leader. Gabriele Lo Surdo, fascinated by the digital world ever since, in 1993, he installed QuarkXPress 3 on his Macintosh LC. He took the first steps in the professional printing field in 2006 and from that moment on he hasn’t been able to stay out of it. In 2008 his path crossed Italia Publishers’ one and since January 2015 he contributes to the development of Density as a technical advisor.

Italia Publishers Both the historical and well-established markets of graphic arts, packaging and label printing, and the dynamic segments of display graphics, POS design and decoration, are increasingly experiencing the massive adoption of digital printing, finishing and workflow management technologies. Since 28 years Italia Publishers has oriented entrepreneurs and managers in the identification and understanding of technologies and innovative applications, with positive commercial results and growing reputation for advertisers.
Target: display graphics, commercial printers, designers, screenprinters, labels & packaging, photolabs
ToTextile All segments of the textile industry have experienced radical changes of their production and organizational models, starting from printing and the pre and aftertreatment processes. Both in home textile and industrial textile printing for apparel, inkjet has changed the production methods. With a multi-year history as a annual guide and a well-profiled database of textile printers, textile dyers and cutting edge designers, ToTextile is the first Italian magazine with an international ambition entirely dedicated to digital textile printing.
Target: textile printers, textile dyers, textile designers, schools, universities, associations
Industrial Dots Printing is an integral part of many industrial processes, from flooring to plastic materials, from wood to ceramics and glass, from aerospace to automotive and household appliances. Industries where analogue techniques have gradually left space to inkjet. Born from the on-field experience of the Density team, strongly oriented to integration, applications and supply-chain, Industrial Dots stands as the first Italian publication dedicated to the innovation of industrial printing processes.
Target: industrial screenprinters, in-plant print plants, brand owners, designers, R&D departments

our values
what we believe in
Feeding the future of our Industry We believe in our Industry and we are committed to develop the printing community with an increasingly relevant editorial offering. So we search, select and train new resources who’re able to make the brands more recognizable and transfer their values through high quality approaches, involvement and passion, as well as raising the profile of Italian manufacturers in the global market.
Composing the puzzle We want to be a part of a network in constant growth. For this reason we dive deep in our industry’s life through an increasingly strong presence at trade shows, more frequent visits at manufacturers’ sites and ever more deeply visits at research and development centers. Only this way we believe we can become an effective partner and a driving force in our market.
Learning first We respect the efforts made by manufacturers to innovate and enhance our industry’s topics. What we know is never enough and that’s why we cultivate the ambition to understand technologies and their positioning before transferring them to the market. We listen to catch the requests and anticipate trends in a quickly evolving industry. Our satisfaction lies in having always something new to discover, deepen, learn.
Clarity, transparency, reliability We commit ourselves to express ever more clearly our intentions, interacting with our stakeholders critically and honestly, animated by serenity and intellectual honesty. We aim to be more permeable to incentives, able to play an active and constructive role in the improvement of business processes. We fight to lay seriousness, discretion and confidentiality as the guarantee of our reliability.
Reaching and exceeding goals We work every day to perfect our editorial and business strategies, so we can introduce our conversation partners increasingly unique and effective communication offers. We grow our own titles to always gain greater importance in the market and, at the same time, we look to the future with enthusiasm, outlining our future products. We want to ensure that our partners can capitalize their investment with us, reaching and exceeding the expected results.

advertising adverts
ADVERTISING Description Full pages, double pages and small adverts are the most strengthened and qualified promotional tools for enhancing the corporate image, the promotion of specific products or product ranges, but also the launch of offers and promotions that require adequate space and reading times that are not the ones - lightning-fast and fleeting - of online campaigns. Thanks to the combination with high-quality contents and a regular editorial coverage, a constantly updated database and a large number of copies printed, distributed, read and flipped, printed adverts combine the brand prestige and validation with longevity and an excellent cost per contact.

CASE HISTORY
FOCUS
Description
Description
Tell a success story related to your company or the positive experience of a customer is the most effective way to catch the attention of the market and describe exhaustively technical values, user benefits, levels of partnership and business opportunities. Made by the editorial staff in collaboration with the client and graphically harmonized inside the magazine, the case history may carry text, photos and photo gallery, interviews, in-depth analysis and business contacts. On request the materials relating to the case history can be used to enrich the customer’s newsletter, create white papers or be published in the customer’s website.
The Focus is the most suitable format to introduce a hardware and software technology, a particularly innovative consumable or a whole range of integrated solutions. Spread on two pages and made by the editorial staff in collaboration with the customer’s technical and product management, the Focus contains images of the product and its technical details, an introductory text, short in-depth sections and contextualization, as well as brief manufacturer profile and business contacts. On request the material related to the Focus can be used by the client to enrich his newsletter, create white papers or be published in his website.
