Educate, motivate and inspire hundreds of kids to be healthy, fit and active An Introduction to Fitness Bunch Foundation: Fitness Bunch Foundation was started in 1997 and became a non-profit organization in 2003. FBF started its work in fighting obesity and began developing functional movement in children at the earliest years of the growth. Throughout the years, our Foundation has helped our youth today bring back fitness into their lives.
Fitness Bunch Foundation wants to focus on the future of Fitness Bunch Corporation, grow and become an every day ingredient for children in communities nationwide. FB Š aims to provide education, bring motivation and produce inspiration to hundreds of kids to be healthy, fit and active.
Fitness Bunch Foundation created programs and rewards under the ‘Youth Fitness Academy’ where fun and dedicated programs unite kids and parents for healthier and more active lives together.

After School Program

Fitness Bunch provides children with a FB gift bag. The gift bag includes: • FB Backpack
The Program begins with a warm up and exercise of the day, which will be one of the following: • Yoga
• FB T-Shirt
• Hip-Hop Aerobics
• FB Water Bottle
• Weight Training (with resistance band)
• FB ID Tag
• Strength Conditioning • Stretching Fitness Bunch provides all resistance bands, jump ropes, balls, etc. We finish off with a cool-down and review of the exercises.
Nutrition lessons are held daily about a healthy eating lifestyle. Children learn about fats, calories, and good snacks vs. bad snacks, etc. Fitness Bunch Foundation provides snacks for the children (fruits, crackers, nutrition bar, water, and fruit juice). The children learn how to read nutrition labels and all other important items necessary to live a healthier lifestyle.
Group discussions are held at the end of every program to cover what kids go through in their day-to-day lives.
The After School Program will be held from 3pm – 5pm, 5 days a week No extended care will be provided.
Summer Programs & Picnics Each year, Summer Sports Programs are held at local community centers; this past year our summer program was held at Crenshaw Christian Center Activities Include: • Hiking • Obstacle Courses • Morning Yoga/Meditation • Pool (TBD) • Sports (Volley Ball, Basketball, Softball, Boxing, Golf, etc.) • Special Events & Guest Speakers (Pro-Athletes) • Performing Arts (your child’s talents can shine)
FBF donates funding to schools that get their kids involved in Fitness Bunch and use of the Fitness Bunch website. Portions of the children’s monthly membership fees are given back to the schools with the highest participation. There are 3 prizes funded by the Fitness Bunch Foundation which are awarded to schools annually:

The Adventures of Kid Fantastic & The Fitness Bunch TV Show dirk

Every week, the show will focus on challenges children face in school such as: being obese, being different, use of alcohol, and drugs, etc. A professional athlete or entertainer will do a guest animation appearance with a live Public Service Announcement at the end of the show. The PSA will talk about what challenges were faced as a child. A monthly campaign will run for children to write into the show and tell us why KidFantastic & The Fitness Bunch should visit their school. The Fitness Bunch Van will visit the school with the highest response. The FB Van will be accompanied by a pro-athlete from that state (major press & media).
