RECIPE OF CHEESY CORNFLAKES CHAAT
Corn flakes chaat is an easy breakfast recipe for kids and children. Here, the recipe is created in different styles. You can make it as breakfast or quick evening snacks. Cornflakes snack has high nutrition values as cornflakes contain malt extract; vitamin E, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, folate, minerals.
PREPARATION TIME - 10 MINUTES COOKING TIME - 20 MINUTES SERVE FOR – 4 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS Cornflakes - 100 gm Chopped vegetables - green bell pepper, tomatoes, carrot, onion and garlic Chili flakes - 1 tsp Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp Cheese - Grated 4/5 tbsp Cooking Oil - 3/4 tsp Salt as per taste Maggi Masala - 1 tsp Water - 1 cup
PROCESS Heat 3 tsp oil in a pan, add all vegetables and chili flakes. Mix well, saute on a medium flame for a couple of minutes. Add salt, simmer the heat and cover the pan. On the other hand, heat a small saucepan for preparing the sauce. Add 1 tsp oil, tomato sauce and 1 cup of water; add cheese in the sauce mixture, constantly blend the sauce with a spoon till the sauce is melted in the sauce. High the flame to get a thick consistency of the sauce. On the other side, when the vegetables are ready, add the cornflakes, pour the sauce, let the sauce entirely coats the cornflakes.
