Veg Manchurian Balls Recipe
Manchurian is a restaurant-style Chinese veg dish, supposed to be liked by kids. It is prepared with deep-fried veg balls with a soy-based sauce which people enjoy eating in every bite. It is very healthy and contains a high amount of proteins, fibers, fats, and carbohydrates. This recipe is basically made using shredded cabbage, finely chopped french beans, capsicum, and other necessary items like chopped carrots and spring onion.
INGREDIENT FOR MANCHURIAN BALLS Cabbage finely chopped – 1 large cup, Carrot fine long cuts – 1 cup, French beans chopped – ½ cup, Green capsicum or bell pepper chopped – ½ cup, Parboiled cauliflower florets – 1 cup, Ginger long cut – 2 tbsp, Green chilies chopped 1 tsp (optional), Vinegar ( any fruit) – 2 tsp, Green chili sauce – 1 tbsp, All-purpose flour – 1 cups, Corn flour – 2 tbsp, ( optional) Salt and pepper as per taste, Rice or sunflower oil for deep fry,
INGREDIENT FOR SAUCE 1 cup clear vegetable stock, Ginger paste – 1 tbsp, Garlic paste – 1 tbsp, Soy sauce – 2 tbsp, Chili garlic sauce – 1 tbsp, 2 tsp cornflour dissolved in 1 cup water, Chopped spring onion green – 1 cup, Salt to taste
