CRISPY AND CRUNCHY PRAWN CURRY

This recipe is adopted from Indian cuisine. A perfect curry recipe for guest table. King prawns are suitable as the key ingredient, which is a rich source of selenium, good for maintaining healthy cells. Prawns also provide us Phosphorus, Zink and Copper, necessitate for good bone health. The thick rich curry is prepared with onions, tomatoes and sesame seeds. some vegetables are also used in the gravy. Seafood like prawns, shrimps can be eaten twice a week or you can add in your diet. but too much consuming is not good. Prawns are high in Omega 3 fatty acid and have high protein value. Besides, Tomatoes are also added to maintain health benefits. Tomatoes comprise lycopene. Lycopene is a strong antioxidant and they contribute to reducing the levels of certain cancers. Lycopene is also good for heart and blood vessels, skin, and bones. When tomatoes are cooked, the lycopene levels become higher and easier for the body to absorb.
