EGG MASALA BHUNA RECIPE This is an exclusive egg masala bhuna recipe that can be prepared easily and quickly. It is quite different from daily egg dish but everybody will like this simple egg recipe. It can be served with hot steamed rice or Indian bread..

PREPARATION TIME - 15 MINUTES COOKING TIME - 20 MINUTES SERVE FOR – 4 PERSONS

INGREDIENTS Large duck egg - 4 (boiled) Large red onion - 3 (cut into rings) Cauliflowers florets - 1 cup Green peas - 1/2 cup (optional) Potato - 1 large (cut into chunks) Lemon juice - 4 tbsp Cumin - 1 tsp; turmeric powder - 1 tsp Whole dry red chillies - 4 Garlic cloves - 8/10 Gram flour - 2 tbsp Refine oil for cooking oil - 3 tbsp Salt to taste

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pot; add cauliflower florets and potatoes chunks on high flame; saute well. Add salt and turmeric powder; saute and transfer to a bowl; in the remaining oil add boiled eggs and

fry until the outer skin becomes light brown in color and bubble comes out; transfer the eggs into the same bowl. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan; add gram flour; stir well until the raw smell is gone. In a blender paste cumin seeds, garlic cloves and red chillies and add in the gram flour. Add salt and peas; add 2 large cups water; simmer the heat; bring to a boil; add onion rings, cauliflower, potatoes and eggs; cover and cook until the potatoes are tender to make the gravy dry; add lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
