Jumping Jack Plays
Jumping Jack Play Outs is a quick and effective way to increase lower body mobility, power and endurance. Jumping Jack Play Outs will take the traditional jumping jack and make modifications with foot and hand drivers to enhance the move and results.

REGRESSIONS: Decrease reps and/or increase rest period to 90s.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Insert this workout into your already existing work-out as an add-on or replacement of lower body power work. As a stand alone complete 3-4 times per week.
