PURPOSE:

Push-Up Play Outs

Push-Up Play Outs is a quick and effective way to increase the intensity and demand of the pushup. Push-Up Play Outs will take the user through 27 variations of the push-up by modifying hand positions. The result? Working your upper body and core musculature like never before!

REGRESSIONS: Decrease reps and/or perform on hands and knees.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Insert this workout into your already existing work-out as an add-on or replacement of upper body work. As a stand alone complete 3-4 times per week.
