The Stretch Lunge Matrix is a quick and effective way to increase the flexibility and mobility of the hip region 3-dimensionally. Anterior-Posterior-Lateral-Medial hip regions will be mobilized with varying arm reaches and varying lunge angles.

PROGRESSIONS: Increase speed or distance of lunges.

REGRESSIONS: Assume a static starting postion versus the dynamic lunge illustration.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Insert this workout into your already existing work-out as an effective warm-up or cool down for the hips. Can be utilized on a daily basis.
