Happy New Year everyone! I hope that 2020 treats you all well! It’s a fresh start to a new decade, so let’s start off strong by getting in some volunteer opportunities! It’s been difficult to find events that are around our area but we’re still doing our best for the community! Elections are coming up very soon so I hope you’re all excited! I know that we will have another great board of officers next year!e -

2020 has now started and I hope everyone had a great time spending with those they care about. We had a great month and did some new events that ended up being some great new experiences for everyone. This year we’ll all try to make sure that everything goes smoothly. -Elijah Maure 2019-2020 President “The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude”

Our Kiwani came to visit us for the first time today for this year! He came by to talk to our members and acknowledged us about what he’s done throughout his years as serving the Las Vegas community

The quality is really bad here, sorry for this terrible lighting

Green Our Planet is a non-profit organization that runs the largest school garden and school hydroponics programs in America. Their mission is to use gardens to teach students hands-on about STEM (science, technology, education, and math), nutrition and conservation. Volunteers were assisting with spreading decomposed granite, filling beds with soil, planting fruit trees and spreading mulch. “I enjoyed it there! There aren’t really any flaws I can think of from the event. I really loved how we got to actually work with our hands to help the community, it felt more interactive!” Rishelle Cruz
