Suites Services and facilities 50 suites spread out between 18 villas: • 19 Junior suites of 60 m² on the ground floor/1st floor of the 2 villas around the pool or on the 1st floor of some villas, • 24 De Luxe suites of 60m² beside the lagoon with a small private pool and outdoor shower, • 2 Executive single-storey suites of 130m² with small private pool and outdoor shower, • 5 Executive duplex suites of 130m² with a small private pool. In all the suites : • terrace (garden level suite) or loggia (1st floor suite) • air-conditioning with individual controls • fan • 2m x 2m bed (transformable into twin beds) • extra bed possible on request (with a supplement) • flat plasma screen television with DVD-CD players • telephone (chargeable) • mini safe • maxi-bar (chargeable bar, stocked mini-refrigerator), espresso machine available • separate toilets • hair-dryer • free wifi.


The suites This little corner of Paradise has a sophisticated “world” décor.The materials and the natural fabrics, such as exotic woods and abaca woven cloth, blend perfectly into an environment where earth and water harmonise. The 50 suites have been designed with real care for comfort … and the height of sophistication for the Deluxe and the Executive Suites: small private pools with the ultimate pleasure of a shower outdoors under the open sky.

Rates The prices below are in euros, per suite (double or single occupancy) and per night, including buffet-style breakfast, all taxes and service. • Third adult person*, • Minimum 7 nights for arrivals on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th December 2011 and 2012. • Conditions for children: one or two children under 13 can share the suites of parents.

Restaurants Our chef Our Chef, Guillaume Brégeat, has officiated in many prestigious houses. You’ll discover all his creativity as he offers you a large choice of dishes combining variety, quality and a hint of Creole flavours.

Cohi-Bar Creole warmth defines the Cohi-Bar, a place with warm colours, an immense chandelier and a panoramic terrace, which offers a selection of more than 100 rums, in hors d’age bottles and vintages you thought never to find.

The Campêche Discover the lagoon restaurant, “La Campêche” with its intense flavours. There you can find a menu with light dishes: mixed salads, fish and grilled lobster straight out of the tanks.

The Bélem Beside the ocean, cuisine can only be interesting. At the “Belém” you’ll discover a cuisine which is both varied and innovative, combining tradition and local products. Open to the outdoors and lulled by the trade winds, and, the Belém will welcome you with every comfort for a very special moment.


Relaxation & Spa A bubble of relaxation and well-being The Cap Est Lagoon Resort & Spa makes available to you a spa dedicated to beauty and well-being. Enjoy an experience which will fulfil not only your every requirement for effectiveness in the sphere of skin care treatment but also your need to renew your energy and find well-being and relaxation, thanks to the exclusive Guerlain treatments offered in our centre.


A sensual, almost emotional experience, the performance of which is enhanced by care for the tiniest details, attentiveness and the personal touch as much as by the quality and efficacy of the treatment. Come and discover our palette of treatments in our beauty and well-being centre comprising: • a facial parlour, • four massage rooms, • two hydrotherapy rooms with a hydro-massage bathtub and a desk shower with power jets, • a body-wrapping room with an affusion shower. You can also enjoy the Spa facilities: • a hammam. • a relaxation centre with a Japanese pool. • a fitness room, with free access, reserved for clients staying at the hotel. The Spa is open every day between 10 in the morning and 7 in the evening.

Windsurfing & Kite surfing Bic Techno windsurf equipment with three types of rig and kite surfs (extra fees) are available at Cap Est. There is an instructor available for individual windsurfing lessons and kite surfing courses (extra fees).


Sea kayaks Sea kayaks for exploring the lagoon allow adults and children alike to enjoy the pleasures of the sea.

Explore the lagoon Explore the lagoon and the white sandy depths of the Fonds Blancs on our speedboat, guided by our skipper. Climb aboard for a trip that will take you to the centre of the islets of Franรงois and Robert, the Fonds Blancs, the islet of Loup-Garou and Chancel where the diversity of the flora is equalled only by its beauty.

Explore the lagoon by catamaran For your enjoyment; this superb 17 meter catamaran glides under sail so you can discover the windward shore with its islets and coral reef. Departures from the hotel with a wide range of excursions available (full and half day).

Coming to Cap Est To get to our hotel, please follow the following route from Martinique’s Aimé Césaire International Airport: - When you leave the airport, head for the south of the island by the expressway, direction Ducos and Le François, - After the service station, turn right towards “Le François” (National road 6), - At the entrance to the town of Le François, at the roundabout, turn right, direction “Le Vauclin” (National road 6), - Go through the village of Dostaly and continue straight on (5 km). After the signs for the “Lieu dit Perriolat” and “Rivière du Simon”, continue alongside the banana plantation (800 m) and turn left, direction Cap Est. - Then continue straight on and follow the signs for “The Cap Est Lagoon Resort & Spa”.
