Our Birthday!

This is our 30th year! It’s hard to believe – our first ‘surgery’ was held in a Letchworth dining room and our first office was a car …. It’s been quite a journey – lots of high points, mountains to climb, and learnings – but we’re here on this wonderful 8 acre site with a thriving programme of classes, complementary therapies and counselling of which we’re immensely proud. Our mission is to continue to raise awareness of the benefits of complementary approaches to health and wellbeing and to make them readily available within the community. Our vision is of a society all of whose members recognise these benefits and are able to access them.

A long-established, award-winning, registered charity

Why come? • You’ll feel better • You’ll be more relaxed and less stressed • You’ll enjoy the non-competitive classes • You’ll have a great choice – from over 100 classes a week • You’ll meet like-minded people • You’ll learn skills you can use for the rest of your life • You don’t need to become a member or pay a joining fee 3
