My name is Dian Gloria Estifani Simamora and i’m currently working as Interior Project Engineering at PT.Gema Graha Sarana, tbk. I’m responsible for project document controling, material specialist, budget costing, DED analyzing and in charge as the company representative among client, designer and vendor related. For the past 3 years, I've joined over a dozen interior project on various typhology such as multi-level ofﬁce, stand booth, modern convenience store, etc. Through those experiences, I see my self as a detail oriented, creative, critical-thinking, persistant and new challenge seeker. Beside of this ﬁeld, I also have interested on photography, digital art, psychology and social activity to keep me productive every single time. I believe that today’s young generation should enrich the hard & soft skills in order to survive in this life competition.

It is the second largest mobile telecommunications company in Indonesia with a subscriber's strength of 55.1 million user (source : wikipedia.com). XL Axiata New Headquarter consist of 21 office floor and divided into 2 phase. 1st phase started on July 2017 and completed on November 2017. The 2nd phase started on February 2018 and completed on July 2018. As a fresh graduated, it is my first project after join at PT.Gema Graha Sarana, Tbk. I’ve gained many new experiences and knowledge by handle 9 new office floor and 3 renovation floor. Bliblimart is a convenience store that is operated by the Indonesian e-commerce company, Blibli.com. The task was to transform an old multi-function hall into a new store for Bliblimart that is run by an online payment system. Located on the ground floor of its new headquarters in Sarana Jaya building, the store becomes a significant part of the company’s entrance. Our design approach for Bliblimart is to generate a light and bright space that communicates a feeling of freshness and vibrance when entering the space. Together with an integrative visual design, that is simplified yet engaging, the interior design tends to create a futuristic nuance while keeping a sense of warmth and friendliness. Fujitsu is the leading Japanese information and communication technology (ICT) company. Since the very begining, the office of Fujitsu Indonesia located on Wisma Keiai and the last renovated around early 2000. On this renovating project, they added 1 1/2 storey on 26th fl with mezanine design. Unfortunately, the construction process canceled because of the structural permitt issue. In the end of negotiation, Fujitsu get the replacement storey on 11th fl and construction will be scheduled by the early of 2021. #ProjectProfile Client

In July 2020, Huawei surpassed Samsung and Apple to become the top smartphone brand (in number of phones shipped) in the world for the first time. Also in mid 2020, Huawei Jakarta moved out from their last office at BRI II to Wisma Mulia 2, consist of 7 storey of office area (L.30 - L.37) and 1 storey of kitchen and canteen area (L.10). Huawei’s office characteristic are Showroom for exhibit and launch their latest Hi-Tech product and Private Kitchen, Canteen, Gym, Outdoor Bar and VIP Dining Room for employee facilities.
