Hey, A few months back I created 2 websites and I decided to get a virtual assistant to work on the SEO of the site. Back in 2010-11 I was big into SEO but then I started writing and this is something that I really enjoy WRITING & HELPING PEOPLE makes me happy ‌.Anyway I remember buying $497 courses on SEO at that time also because I understood that it is important to invest in your own education if you want to be a good entrepreneur. Nobody has ever succeeded by sitting and isolation and making stuff up; you can learn so much more from other people’s experience. And the reason I am writing this post is because one of the dinosaurs of the SEO industry is still in existence and no matter what Google throws at him he kicks ass when it comes to SEO. *Disclaimer: Not all of the 200,000 visitors came from SEO but thousands and thousands of them did. And the best thing about SEO traffic is that it is hyper targeted and it is mostly buyer traffic (if you target the right keywords) since people are actually looking for a solution when they search for it. So the visitor to conversion ratio is much much higher which essentially means more money in your pocket!

SEO is not a fluke; it’s just a few basic principles applied over and over again. I used to do it myself but now I make enough money to hire someone to do it for me and I just focus on the high level tasks. It’s easy to get freelancers to do it BUT when starting out you must do it yourself so you know what is what :)
