BRANDING FOR SMALL BUSINESS September 21, 2017

Content for Branding, there is a lot there but small business’s should not get trapped into content overdose. Do little but do it smartly. Develop a behavioral map of your audience and define the unique features of your audience. Now identify what they be ready to listen and entertain. There could be absolutely unique requirements from your audience group, it would be wise if you can further break-up your audience group based on their features and target against those features. The smaller the group the targeted campaign you can do and better the results you can expect. Define the communication style and define it according to the group of people you are approaching. Getting too FORMAL with teenagers might not excite them much but a casual funnier approach might help. To professional group you need to be extra cautious as you need to be not only formal but you need to include seriousness in your wordings. Engage a brand expert who can build impression on your brand values effectively. Define what your BRAND stands for and communicate those effectively. How can you do this? Write down the things that are important to your company. For example, do you care about the environment? If you do, let people know about the choices you make that align with this value, like using green energy in your office, only buying recyclable or reusable office supplies, or volunteering to clean up your community. Blogs are hugely important to your marketing strategy: 81% of Americans trust the information they read in blogs. They can take you further than any ad campaign. Write about the topics where you can make a difference, not necessarily you need to show yourself as the Master of everything. Talk about the things that you are good at and rest you are ready to learn. Accept the fact that your CUSTOMERS are equal or more Intelligent than you. You can WIN only through your INTENT and EXPERTISE.
