This code is then used as part of the affiliate web address which attaches itself to every order generated by that affiliate. As the administrator, you can sort your orders by date and then by affiliate name to see the value of orders generated. Easy money! ‘White label affiliates’ takes the ‘link affiliates’ system and offers even more for you and your affiliates. Essentially you are allowing them to ‘borrow’ your website but with their branding instead of your own. This, along with the ability to change your website phone number to a dedicated line just for them, means that even offline orders can be processed and linked to an affiliate. Some of our clients charge their ‘White label affiliates’ a one-off fee for changing the website - so it’s another great way to generate more cash for your business without any real costs to you.

Our experience showed that many calls generated from your travel website are from people who have done a search and are interested in buying but have questions. Then your sales professional has to do the same search and find the same hotel, which takes at least 5 minutes after taking down all of the customers search details etc – our Enquiry Controller makes this easy. Every travel search shows a unique reference number at the top of the page, which when quoted can be entered into the administration area to whisk your sales professional directly to the same stage that your customer is – so your sales team can quickly take control of the search and move it all the way through to payment.

Offer builder Making sure your website has the most relevant content is absolutely key to success. That’s why our offer builder module is simple to use and yet advanced at the same time. Using our administration system you’ll enter all of the information including prices, durations, departure airports plus much more. All this is then transformed and placed onto your website for users to view and enquire about.

Channel Builder Every business has their target markets or specialist areas – that’s why we’ve created the ‘channel builder’ which essentially allows you to highlight your specialist areas and make them prominent on your website. For example, one of our customers wanted to show their specialist destinations and holiday types. They also wanted to be able to edit, add to and remove sections – so they utilised our channel builder and haven’t looked back! A typical ‘channel’ page consists of: Brief description - an introduction to the ‘channel’ i.e. Maldives specialist. The travel search box - with the specialist destination already in the ‘to’ field along with your selected travel categories i.e. flights, holidays and car hire, or just flights – you decide! Key imagery – add an inspirational image to set the mood Destination weather – showing the current temperature Special offers – list your best offers for that channel Links – why not link to the destination guide, FAQ’s and more Phone number – you can even amend the phone number for each channel to ensure your customers speak to the channel specialists

Form builder

Dynamic content pages

The Form builder allows the administrator to create either simple or complex forms and place them on a number of pages within their website. A form is created by draggingand-dropping field elements (e.g. text box, date fields) onto a blank form. Each field can then be configured to specify properties such as name, field width, and whether it is mandatory or not. Fields can also be grouped together inside a panel to make the form more readable. Additional comment text can also be included within the form to give the user instructions or extra information.
