LGOO V Alfrainer F. Partido DILG -CAR conducted through the joint efforts of DILG-CAR, the National Economic and Development Authority-CAR (NEDACAR), and Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on December 10, 2019 at Holiday Inn, Legarda Road, Baguio City.

The regional localization is a subsequent activity of the provincial localization conducted in the month of November. During the provincial localization activities, the structured lists of PPAs were assessed and elevated to the provincial government for possible funding, provided that the PPAs were listed as the priority of the provinces. Additionally, the localization provided the participants an opportunity to sift through the PPAs of the city/ municipalities submitted to provincial governments and to elevate projects that were not listed and did not fit to the investment program to the Regional Development Council.

Through the localization program, the Department anticipates better harmonization of government efforts to focus on areas where the vulnerable and unfortunate are concentrated, so they too may gain the advances of development.
