The employees of DILG-CAR held the four-day 2019 Year-End Program Review and Analysis on December 3 to 6, 2019 at the Zen Hotel, Santiago City, Isabela dubbed, “YES TO RESULTS: Year End Summit to RESolve Gaps, Update, Learn Together and Synergize”.
With the active participation of 206 employees from the Regional Office and six field operating units (FOUs), the activity was a success. The FY 2019 regional accomplishments were presented by the Division Chiefs. Based on the presentations, DILG-CAR remarkably accomplished the major deliverables for the year. The gaps, challenges, and the strategies to address these were also discussed. The results of the assessment were used as inputs for the FY 2020 direction of the Region.
In addition, the Year End PRA was meant to recognize the Matino, Mahusay at Maasahan employees and units. A total of 106 individuals and 11 operating units were awarded with different recognitions under the individual and team categories. RD Marlo L. Iringan and ARD Araceli A. San Jose awarded the certificates of recognition. All employees who were recipient of the said recognition were much surprised since they were not made aware of it.
Furthermore, the activity was also an opportunity for all employees to unwind, relax, enjoy and have fun. Among the teambuilding activities were “Knowing your circle”, “Follow your King”, and “Paper Steps”.
Revitalized once again, all DILG – CAR personnel are confidently ready to face all the challenges in FY 2020. RD Iringan encouraged all personnel to continue to work together for a fruitful 2020.
