2019 National ADAC Performance Award

2019 NATIONAL

ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL PERFORMANCE AWARDS

The National ADAC Performance Award was conferred to Provincial Government of Mt. Province, municipalities of Barlig and Bauko of Mt. Province and municipality of Tineg of Abra in recognition of their exemplary efforts in the performance of their duties in complementing the national government’s antiillegal drug campaign. These LGUs attained 100% compliance equivalent to Ideal Performance of their respective ADACs and were able to meet the 2018 Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit criteria namely: creation/reorganization of local ADAC; conduct of quarterly meetings; allocation of funds; implementation of plans and programs; support to ADACs in component LGUs; and innovations.

The national awarding ceremony was held at the Manila Hotel on December 16, 2019. A total of 155 LGUs nationwide were conferred the 2019 National ADAC Performance Award by the DILG and the Dangerous Drugs Board.

PEACE AND ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY PLAN POLICY COMPLIANCE MONITORING SYSTEM (POPSP-PCMS)

The Peace and Order Public Safety Plan is a plan formulated by the local Peace and Order Council which consists of programs and activities on peace and order, and public safety within the first 200 days of the newly-elected local chief executive.

Said LGU plan and its funding requirements, semestral and annual accomplishments are being uploaded to the internet-based system called Policy Compliance Monitoring System (PCMS).
