onstruction of the luxury $17M ‘Seychelles on Pacific’ development located at 102 Pacific Parade, Bilinga is well & truly under way and is virtually sold out. David Stringer who handled the sale of the 607m2 site to Pacific View 102 Pty Ltd (Greg Smith) for $2.850M in February 2018, was retained as Project Marketing Agent and successfully sold 8 out of the 9 apartments, before ground was broken.

Tugun down to Rainbow Bay has so much more buyer demand to fulfil and as such, we expect many more new projects to be released during the next year or so. Seychelles is being built by Robina based GCB Constructions and is scheduled for completion late 2020.
