Retirement hasn’t slowed Joe down; instead, it has ignited a new passion. He now channels his acquired skills toward meaningful causes. Joe collaborates with several charities foc used on children and young adults, aiming to empower them with essen tial life skills. His vision is clear: to provide a helping hand that lifts these individuals up, enabling them to thrive.

Through these charitable programs, Joe hopes to cre ate a lasting impact. By imparting practical knowledge and fostering personal growth, he believes these young lives will carry th e torch of positive change into the future.
