Expo notes:

• Power Hour: Key Buyers are invited to access the exhibit hall beginning at 9:00 each morning, one hour before the official event opening each day. This time provides a great opportunity for Key buyers to preview exhibits and attend meetings with suppliers before the exhibit hall gets busy. Please note that exhibitors are not required to be at their stands during this time.

Tips for Navigating Fira Barcelona Gran Via

ƒ A Digital or Printed badge will be required to enter the venue. Please be sure to have it ready when you arrive!

ƒ The Key Buyer Lounge is accessible through East Access Entrance. From there, just follow the red carpet to the lounge where you can store luggage, enjoy refreshments, and hold meetings with exhibiting suppliers.

ƒ You will be able to enter the exhibit hall through an exclusive Key Buyer entrance immediately beside the Lounge.

ƒ Educational sessions will be located in CC5, and the conference program runs from 12:00 on Tuesday 25 April through 13:00 on Thursday 27 April.

ƒ The exhibitor lists, which include booth locations, can be found here: www.seafoodexpo.com/global/exhibitor-lists/

ƒ The Seafood Expo Global mobile app also includes maps of the exhibit hall, where you can find the exact location of any supplier you are hoping to meet with. To download the mobile app, simply search for “ Seafood Expo Global ” in your app store.

Key Buyer Shuttle

There will be a complimentary shuttle for Key Buyers, stopping at 2 hotels to pick up attendees and bring them to the Expo each morning . To ride, just show the attendant your badge. The shuttle will drop Buyers off at East Access, where you can walk right in and head directly to the Key Buyer Lounge to store any belongings.

ƒ ‘STAR’ your favorite exhibitors by selecting the star icon next to the exhibitor’s name, and view the company profile and product categories by clicking on the listing. Your ‘starred’ exhibitors are placed in the My Exhibitors tab for quick reference.
