Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants & toddlers, will be allowed in the exhibit hall or conference area at any time. Access to exhibits and conference areas is permitted by badge only. Badges may be obtained at the registration counter. All visitors must register and provide a form of identification. On-site registration fees vary and may be viewed at the registration counter.
Event Badges The official AEC Next or SPAR 3D badge should be prominently displayed at all times in order to gain admission to the conference sessions, exhibit hall, keynotes and special events. All replacement badges are subject to a $100 reprint fee. Reprints must be accompanied by a photo ID.

Privacy Unauthorized solicitation is prohibited. Solicitation of business on premises of the exhibit hall by anyone other than official AEC Next and SPAR 3D exhibitors is strictly forbidden. Solicitation of business in conference sessions, registration area, or lounge/waiting areas, is also prohibited. Please report any such occurrences to show management immediately.
Safety & Security If you see something, say something. Any thefts or suspicious activity should be reported to the Anaheim Convention Center’s Security Control at 714-765-8975 or inform Event Management staff at the Registration desk on the Plaza Level. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY AT THE VENUE: Report the emergency immediately by calling the Anaheim Convention Center’s Security Control at 714-765-8975 (or 8975 from any ACC house phone); or inform the Event Management staff at Registration on the Plaza Level. IN CASE OF EVACUATION • Follow the instructions given over the building public address system and by Anaheim Convention Center’s staff and security personnel. • Calmly proceed to the closest unobstructed exit or stairwell and begin to exit the venue. • Do not use escalators or elevators in the event of a fire.
Lost and Found Lost and found articles during the conference program may be turned in or claimed at the Registration desk on the Plaza Level. After the close of the event, inquires regarding lost and found items can be made by contacting Anaheim Convention Center’s Security Control Center at 714-765-8975.
