From participating in Spirit Sessions to prepare for Fall Rally, to bonding with fellow Key Club members at Magic Mountain, my time at Fall Rally was exciting and rewarding. It was amazing to see other key clubs reciting chants, and fun to recite our own that we had prepared. Although our division did not qualify for the second round, I was able to form bonds with Key Club members in my division, and later on meet new key club members while walking around Magic Mountain.
During October we held our Spooktober DCM plus spirit session at the same time. During the division council meeting, members were able to sit down and relax while they colored multiple coloring pages that were found off of the Color a Smile website. We were told by our Lieutenant Governor that the pages we were going to color would be mailed to the organization where they can send out these papers to those who needed a smile. These people included senior citizens, troops overseas and really just anyone who needed a smile Alongside that, we did a candy salad for the members as the DCM was super close to Halloween.
